

A History of Ashiqué Ladies Council
On February 22, 1992 in Norfolk, Virginia the first organizational
meeting was held to establish a ladies Council for the sisters of
United National Supreme Council Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite
Freemasons of the World, 33rd and Last Degree and Order of Eastern
Stars, Inc. This auxiliary will be known as The Ashiqué Ladies
Council and all members will be called “Unique Ladies.”

The purpose of this auxiliary is to improve and ensure better
understanding of the Order of Eastern Stars and Higher Degrees. The
objectives are to be the governing body for the OES, promote
harmony, ensure the chain of command is adhered to, support, sponsor
and encourage community service and be a listening ear to all.
